Terms and Conditions – Pelletshop.ch

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

• Product: We sell 6 mm and 8 mm wood pellets in bulk (per pallet). Pellets are natural products; minor variations in color or dust level may occur and are not grounds for complaint.

• Pricing: All prices include VAT (unless stated otherwise) and are valid at the time of order.

• Delivery: Delivery is curbside. The buyer is responsible for ensuring access for trucks with forklift delivery. If delivery fails due to lack of access or incorrect address, additional charges may apply.

• Returns: Due to the nature of the product, returns are only accepted if the pallet is unopened and undamaged. Return requests must be made within 14 days.

• Claims: If you receive a damaged pallet or product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

• Payment: Orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
